This project was the Design/Build and new construction of a two story office building including conference room, kitchen, storage/warehouse space and offices.  The project was block with structural steel framing. Interior finishes included stone, tile, carpet, decorative painting, marble and stone tile countertops.  The interior construction consisted of metal studs and drywall framing, HVAC, electrical, fire sprinklers. Site work included, new parking, paving, exterior lighting, and landscaping. AAK self-performed site utilities, earthwork, drywall and metal studs, and rough carpentry.
