Au' Authum Ki, Inc. (AAK) is in the process of constructing a new 44,000-s.f. structural framed one-story building to house a Casino with bingo hall, restaurant and deli.  As the general contractor, AAK is constructing the new building on existing stem walls with associated site work, exterior sidewalks and drives, loading dock facility, and stand-by generator.

The building is basic structural main frame with exterior walls of light gauge framing covered with metal siding exterior skin, membrane roofing, raised computer access flooring and suspended acoustical ceiling.  Installation includes chiller HVAC, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression and protection systems.  Interior is metal studs and drywall and includes VCT, tile, carpeting, fixtures and finishes.  Complete formal eat-in restaurant with separate deli facility, as well as, state of the art lighting, security, gaming machines, and table games.
